Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design, development, and optimization of digital products and solutions aligned with client business goals. Daily responsibilities may include gathering requirements, assisting with project documentation, performing market and technology research, and coordinating with engineering and product teams to ensure timely delivery. The role involves contributing to process improvements, tracking project milestones, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The candidate will also help ensure that solutions follow quality standards, security practices, and organizational guidelines. Qualifications Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage tasks, and support project coordination and documentation. Strong analytical and research skills, with the capacity to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Foundational understanding or interest in AI & Data Science, Digital Transformation, Cloud & DevOps, Mobility, or Blockchain technologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clarity in reporting progress and documenting processes. Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
