Solderer I

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing organization, is seeking a Solderer I to join their team. As a Solderer I, you will be part of the production department supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Solderer I

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $25 hr.

Shift: M-F :1st Day shift

What's the Job?

• Perform a variety of assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies on the production line.

• Read and interpret assembly instructions, drawings, and work procedures accurately.

• Solder components and assemble printed circuit boards using soldering irons and other tools.

• Handle thru-hole, SMT, BGA components, and mechanical assemblies with precision.

• Inspect completed work for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Experience soldering according to J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.

• Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions.

• Familiarity with wiring color coding and electronic component handling.

• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity to work with small components.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
