12-Hour Rotating Shifts:
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $23+/hr Location: Souderton, PA
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery and production equipment
- Set up machines and adjust settings to meet production specifications
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance concerns
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Work closely with production teams to meet daily output goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or extrusion machine operating experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines
- Dependable attendance and stable work history
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
