Member Concierge Location: Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP) Job Type: Part‑time (Weekdays, Weekends, and Open Holidays) We’re looking for someone who naturally makes people feel welcome, informed, and taken care of. The Member Concierge serves as the central point of contact for members, guests, and internal teams at AMP. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and guests with professionalism and confidence. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for AMP programs, events, and services. Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with discretion and care. Ensure a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area. Provide a concierge‑level experience that reflects AMP’s standards. Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Coordinate information between departments, including events and operations. Assist with reservations, scheduling, and member communications. Maintain accurate logs and communication records. Help ensure information is communicated clearly across teams. Maintain front‑desk organization and supplies. Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative tasks. Manage mail, packages, and visitor logs. Support onboarding and internal coordination as needed. Assist operations leadership with special projects. What We’re Looking For Hospitality, concierge, or front‑of‑house experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
