The Shift Manager ensures each customer visit is friendly and personalized, with great food promptly delivered in a clean, inviting environment. Who You Are Personable, results-oriented self-starter, a go-getter. What You Will Be Doing Training and supervising crew members. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety standards and procedures. Interacting with customers in a friendly, polite, professional manner. Executing cost control systems. Delegating prep and cleaning assignments as needed throughout the shift. Skills, Knowledge & Requirements The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Dependable and reliable. Good written, math, and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Minimum age 18 to work in a manager role. Possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law. Flexible work availability. Results-oriented and customer-focused. Previous customer service work experience helpful. Undergo background screening pursuant to local laws and regulations.
