As Team Captain Endzone & Loyalty at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you lead a high-energy front-of-store team focused on game-day excitement and loyalty growth. You coach associates to deliver standout service, actively promote and enroll customers in ScoreCard and related loyalty offerings, and help drive sales through suggestive selling and product knowledge. You coordinate coverage, support opening/closing duties, track loyalty and service metrics, and partner with leaders on promotions and in-store events. You model our sports-driven, inclusive culture while ensuring a clean, safe, and engaging environment for every athlete and fan.
