AE - Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)

YOUR ROLE

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes to the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than it was before they arrived. You are the face of our company and you’re proud of it! You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work each day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a friends‑first mindset. Passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flexibly transition between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as required. Innovatively solve problems to make guests’ day a priority, proactively resolving concerns while adhering to company policy. Show teamwork by assisting colleagues and helping get the job done. Act with integrity, following AEO policies and procedures.

YOU'RE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF

You love interacting with people. You’re energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience. You are at least 16 years of age.

PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by factors such as experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide rewards at its discretion. Paid time off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, location, classification (part‑time or full‑time, exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
