General tasks and responsibilities are similar to Pharmacy Technicians in a retail store. We have a high level of patient telephone contact so you must enjoy working with patients on the telephone. You should have a solid understanding of insurance and the ability to explain coverage, benefits, formularies and copayments to our patients. All successful candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:At least two years of experience working in a busy retail pharmacy.Legal to live and work in the United StatesAble to pass background and drug testsWritten and spoken fluency in English (additional languages also desired)Ability to work as a team and communicate with coworkersAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentCompensation is competitive based on experience.
