Job Description:

Requirements:

- Valid RN license required at time of submission

- Minimum 2 years of RN experience

- Experience with obstetrical patient ratios

- Epic charting experience preferred

- Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, FHM skills

Compliance / Notes:

- Provide last 4 of SSN and list any RTO at time of submittal

- 2 references required (covering 1 year within last 3 years)

- Travelers may be expected to float to partner facilities; refusal may result in termination

- Confirm Providence-specific rules with Account Manager if applicable
