Join BrightStar Care of Coastal Los Angeles as a Home Infusion RN and bring high-quality infusion therapy directly to patients in the comfort of their homes. No rushed hospital shifts—just focused care and real connections. What You’ll Do Administer IV therapies (medications, fluids, specialty infusions) Monitor patients and respond to any reactions or concerns Perform assessments (vitals, infusion sites, overall health) Educate patients & families so they feel confident and supported Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists & care teams Keep clear, accurate documentation (EMR) Ensure safety, infection control, and best practices at all times What You Bring Active California RN license 2+ years nursing experience (infusion/home health a big plus!)
