UNIVERSAL Technologies is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical SME for a Part-time , hybrid role in NYC, NY . This role will provide technical leadership, solution guidance, and advisory support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives, including low-code/no-code solution development, workflow automation, and platform optimization. ***Contract is approximately 15 months, Part-time, 7 hours/week. Hours will vary week to week and work must be performed during daytime business hours.

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

10+ years of relevant experience 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps and Power Automate Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and core Dynamics modules, including configuration and customization Ability to design, advise on, and support low-code/no-code solutions and workflow automation initiatives Experience supporting integrated data models leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 capabilities Ability to interpret evolving business requirements and recommend effective technical solutions Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience providing ad hoc consultation and troubleshooting support Experience supporting deployment processes, environment management, and system integrations MB-600: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification or equivalent highly preferred

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Serve as a technical subject matter expert (SME) supporting consultation, troubleshooting, and solution design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform initiatives Provide technical guidance to internal teams regarding best practices, platform configurations, and optimization strategies Support the review, design, and development of low-code/no-code solutions, automation workflows, and integrated data models Participate in technical working sessions, solution reviews, and advisory discussions on an as-needed basis Assist with documentation, prototyping activities, demonstrations, and implementation planning efforts Support solution evaluation and decision-making processes related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities UNIVERSAL Technologies is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Universal Technologies
