Job Description We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in selecting and purchasing bakery and deli items Maintain a clean and organized counter and display area Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner Promote new and seasonal products to customers Restock and rotate products as needed Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service or sales experience preferred Knowledge of bakery and deli products is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We Offer Opportunities for advancement within the company Employee discounts on products Fun and positive work environment If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a love for delicious baked goods and deli items, we would love to have you join our team at Nadler's bakery & deli.
