## Responsibilities

• Set up and operate paint booth equipment according to specifications.

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed.

• Mix and apply paint, ensuring consistency and adherence to quality standards.

• Monitor the painting process to ensure optimal application and finish.

• Conduct routine maintenance on paint booth equipment to ensure proper functionality.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.

• Document production processes and report any issues to management.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in painting or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Paint Booth Operator or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
