Position: RN - Behavioral Health Unit (BHU)
Location: Muskogee, OK
Shift: Night Shift (Weekend Only) – Saturday & Sunday, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
Hours: 24 Hours/Week (2x12)
Duration: 13 Weeks Job Summary

The Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) RN provides professional psychiatric nursing care to patients with behavioral and emotional disorders. The RN is responsible for patient assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, discharge coordination, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team while ensuring safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RN experience
Experience with psychiatric patient assessment and care planning
Experience working in an inpatient behavioral health setting
Epic EMR experience required

Required Certifications & Licensure

Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License
BLS

Preferred Skills

Behavioral Health experience
De-escalation techniques
Strong communication and crisis intervention skills

Schedule & Details

Night Shift: Saturday & Sunday (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
24 hours guaranteed per week
Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
