What to Expect: As a Behavior Technician working one‑on‑one with children with Autism, you will: Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent‑based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. Use a tablet to collect session data and write clear, objective daily progress notes. Who You Are: The Mindset: You are driven to create positive change, passionate about helping children, and display a high level of dedication to patient success. Education: High school diploma or higher. Logistics: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily. Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
