This is a 36-bed Level III Trauma Center that has recently been recognized as a Top 20 Rural Hospital in the Nation, reflecting its commitment to outstanding patient care and clinical excellence. The facility fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, backed by a robust multidisciplinary team and a broader network of 20+ full-time hospitalists and specialty/intensivist support.

Opportunity:
Physician – Hospitalist/Nocturnist

Job Details:

• Full-time Hospitalist/Nocturnist position ranging from 0.8 to 1.0 FTE
• Seven-on, seven-off schedule covering both day and night shifts with flexible rotation options
• 1.0 FTE equates to 24 weeks per year
• Average of 16 patient encounters per day shift
• Manage med-surge and intermediate care level patients
• Deliver high-quality inpatient care and manage acute medical conditions
• Coordinate with specialists and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Day shifts supported by an APP partner alongside six local physician partners
• BC/BE Internal Medicine or BC/BE Family Medicine required
• Minimum of 1 year of Hospitalist experience or completion of a Hospitalist fellowship required
• Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation
