About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist or PTA on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals. Your expertise will be crucial in helping patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and improve overall function and mobility.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients in the comfort of their own homes
Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
Provide high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy interventions to promote patient progress and recovery
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with best practices and industry standards
