We provide high quality care to patients with a variety of diagnoses, including general orthopedics, sport-related injuries, work-related injuries, and post-surgical conditions. Clinician will demonstrate solid manual therapy skills, good communication, and thrive in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be motivated, innovative, organized, and autonomous. This cohesive team encourages clinician development including certifications and specializations depending on the passions of the clinician. Mentorship available and NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED to apply! Shift hours are variable and the clinic hours are: 7 AM – 6 PM, Monday – Thursday and 7 AM – 2 PM on Friday, early and/or late shifts are required.Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededQualificationsCurrent state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.Additional DataEqual Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
