Bartender - Restaurant & Events

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual to join our team as Bartender for Events and Restaurant teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and contribute to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bartending for Private Events or Sports Bar & Grill
• Assist in processing alcohol orders and maintaining inventory levels through PARS
• Help transition entertainment venue between restaurant operations and bar operations.
• Help ensure cleanliness of surfaces, including tables, bars, and floors.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed and delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, especially in a high-energy environment.
• Ability to work late-night hours and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Knowledge of basic safety and sanitation guidelines.
