Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)Gallatin Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This full-time leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrator -- or an individual eligible to obtain a temporary administrator license -- who is committed to quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.We are looking for a motivated leader who can build strong teams, support department leaders, and drive positive clinical and operational outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of the skilled nursing facilityEnsure compliance with all state and federal regulations and maintain survey readinessLead and support department managers and nursing leadershipMonitor facility performance, including census and quality outcomesFoster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional resident careQualificationsOne of the following is required:Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license, orEligibility to obtain a Temporary Nursing Home Administrator licensePrevious leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferredStrong knowledge of long-term care regulations and operationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCompensation & BenefitsLicensed LNHAStarting salary of $95,000Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metricsOpportunity for salary growth based on facility censusTemporary License EligibleStarting salary of $75,000Annual performance bonus of up to $10,000 based on survey outcomes and key performance metricsOpportunity for salary growth upon obtaining licensure and based on facility censusFull-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid time offIf you're ready to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents, we'd love to hear from you.
