These teams are led by Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants, with supporting care provided by RN Nurse Care Managers, Social Workers, Pharmacists, Behavioral Health, and other employed team members.Join Landmark to be part of a growing company full of purpose-driven, action-oriented, and compassionate team members working to dramatically transform healthcare for our communities.The Director of Clinical Innovation will support the VP of Clinical Innovation and collaborate with all members of the Innovations team to develop and manage the portfolio of strategic initiatives that advance the impact, quality and growth of Landmark’s core clinical model. This role will support the design and implementation of experimental clinical pilots and programs, development of new product offerings and the evaluation of new tools & technologies. This role will be highly visible to both internal and external stakeholders including the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Executive Team.Primary Responsibilities:Solve complex business problems across clinical and operational lanes that are multifactorial in nature using data analysis, research and collaboration across functional teamsProvide subject matter expertise and thought partnership in the development of clinical content including clinical protocols and training materialsProactively research new and relevant tools & technologies across the healthcare landscape, evaluate solutions, qualify vendors and facilitate contractingOversee experimental pilot studies with focus on business case development, outcomes measurement and operational designManage all aspects of assigned projects through completion of agreed timelines, scope and budgetsEnsure stakeholders are informed of project issues, risks, deliverables and milestonesSupport the VP of Clinical Innovation in the annual planning and budgeting process through appropriate prioritization and staging of initiatives based on expected impact, necessity and alignment to organizational goalsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare related field or business administration5+ years of demonstrable experience within the healthcare industryDemonstrated track record of partnering with clinician thought leaders to define and implement clinical strategyExperience at developing professional communications for executive leadership (documents and presentations)Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role.
