You have the opportunity to bring positivity, charm, and an exceptional experience to each customer every time they walk through our doors. From greeting guests with genuine passion, to teaching customers about our vibrant food menu options and customizing their meals to their personal preferences, our team members do it all./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliEnthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested/liliKeep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized/liliFollow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency/liliAdhere to safety and sanitation procedures/liliRestock stations and keep them clean and organized/liliEnsure the overall cleanliness of the restaurant/liliDeliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests/liliPut deliveries away, plus any additional duties assigned/liliAbility to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth/liliMay stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds/liliAssist with any additional duties assigned/li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliMust be able to bend and reach overhead often/liliMust possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipment/liliMust be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to cold/liliMust be comfortable working near open flames/liliMay be required to work in tight spaces/liliMust maintain near constant communication with multiple people/liliClose vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is required/liliMust be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionally/liliMust be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner/liliMay be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions/li/ulh3Benefits at CAVA?
