Machine Operator

Machine Operator We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Machine Operator to support our grinding operations. This role is ideal for someone with basic manufacturing experience who is comfortable operating machinery, following established procedures, and producing quality parts. This is a hands‑on position focused on consistency, accuracy, and efficiency. Pay Range $18–$20 per hour Experience Required 1+ year manufacturing or machine operation experience Key Responsibilities Operate grinding machines and related automated or robotic equipment Perform basic machine setup following established instructions Load and unload parts and monitor machine operation Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators Read and understand basic blueprints and work instructions Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience Comfortable operating machines and following step‑by‑step instructions Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, decimals to 5 places) Ability to read and understand basic blueprints Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Experience Manufacturing: 1 year (Required) Machine operation: 1 year (Required) Blueprint reading: 1 year (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr AtWork Group
