Operations Manager
Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers
As an Operations Manager at Raising Cane’s, you will lead daily restaurant operations in a high-energy, guest-focused environment. You’ll manage crew schedules, train and coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service that reflects our culture. Responsibilities include maintaining food safety and cleanliness, overseeing inventory and ordering, and hitting cost and performance targets.
