Clinical Excellence & Oversight: Orchestrate the implementation and real-time adjustment of individualized care plans, ensuring all interventions prioritize patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes. Strategic Communication: Synthesize complex clinical data into actionable insights for the broader care team, maintaining seamless continuity of care through precise execution of physician and nursing orders. Continuum of Care Advocacy: Facilitate proactive discharge planning and patient advocacy to ensure a safe, well-supported transition from the acute care environment to the next stage of recovery. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed. What additional preferences we're seeking Clinical Expertise: Minimum of two years of Registered Nurse experience, specifically focused on Pediatric care. Specialized Critical Care: Proven background in high-acuity environments such as the ICU, NICU, or ER, with preferred experience in Cleft Lip and Palate procedures.
