Property Accountant (Commercial Real Estate)

A growing commercial real estate organization is seeking a Property Accountant to support accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities Prepare monthly financial statements and property reports Perform general ledger, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations Prepare journal entries, accruals, and supporting schedules Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close Review property revenues and operating expenses Analyze budget-to-actual variances Assist with accounts payable, lease accounting, and audit requests Support process improvement and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2+ years of accounting experience in commercial real estate or public accounting Strong Excel and GAAP knowledge Yardi or other real estate accounting software experience is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr TriSource
