We may be new to Arlington, but we're already making a big splash! Our brand-new store is growing, business is booming, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team.

As a Sales Associate, You'll:

• Deliver an exceptional, friendly, and welcoming experience to every customer.
• Help customers find the perfect boots and apparel to match their fit, style, and needs.
• Build strong product knowledge so you can confidently make personalized recommendations.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked, and ready for customers.
• Work alongside your team to achieve sales goals and create an outstanding shopping experience.
• Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and store policies.

You'll Be Great for This Role If You:

• Are friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy working with people .
• Have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment .
• Are dependable, motivated, and enjoy being part of a team.
• Have previous retail or sales experience - a plus, but not required!
• Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays .
• Have a high school diploma or GED, preferred.

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
