Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Denver market , and we’re looking for motivated, competitive people who want more than just another job.
This is a high-income outside sales and project coordination opportunity with paid training, strong mentorship, uncapped commission, and a clear path to leadership.
No roofing experience is required. We’ll teach you the industry, the sales process, and how to manage projects from start to finish.

Paid Training Before Denver Launch
To give our Denver team the best possible foundation, all new hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, Texas before returning to Colorado.
During training, you’ll work directly with experienced Heritage leaders, learn our proven sales system, gain hands-on field experience, and develop the skills needed to succeed once you transition back to Denver.
You must be willing and able to complete the 180-day training period in Dallas, TX.
What You'll Do
This is an active, field-based role where you’ll work directly with homeowners and manage the customer experience throughout the restoration process.
You will:
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Generate new business through face-to-face outreach
- Perform roof and property inspections for storm damage
- Take photos and document potential damage
- Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Help homeowners navigate their roofing project
- Coordinate projects from initial inspection through completion
- Build relationships and generate referrals
- Provide an exceptional customer experience

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days
- Ability to work outdoors and climb roofs
- Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to be coached
