Middle School Mathematics Teacher

Develop and deliver engaging and effective math lessons for students in grades 6-8. Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles, including lectures, demonstrations, hands‑on activities, and experiments. Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments in alignment with the curriculum and educational standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem‑solving. Collaborate with other faculty members to create and refine curriculum materials, ensuring they meet the needs of the school’s educational goals. Maintain an orderly and productive classroom environment, addressing student behavior and promoting respect for others. Encourage and guide students in collaborative group work and individual tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Math Education, or related required. Master's degree preferred. Prior experience teaching math at the middle or high school level strongly preferred. In‑depth understanding of math principles, theories, and concepts. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students, encouraging their curiosity and passion for math. Familiarity with educational technology tools, learning management systems, and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning. U.S. Work Authorization required. Desired Qualifications: Passion for math and education. Ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative school environment. Willingness to contribute to school‑wide initiatives and extracurricular activities.
