What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease management
• Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories
• Develop and implement treatment plans with patient education
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient follow-up
• Support a volume of approximately 20 patients daily, Monday through Friday

What You Need

• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain
• Valid state medical license and DEA registration
• Minimum 2 years of Family Medicine experience
• Strong communication and patient management skills
