What you will be doing Providing consultation, evaluation, and assessment of residents/clients. Participating in resident/client treatment planning and implementation to help reach their rehabilitation goals. Performing thorough and concise clinical documentation on time. Providing education on treatment/equipment to residents/clients and their families. What we are looking for A valid FL Occupational Therapy license. A genuine interest in and compassion for older adults. Ability to demonstrate teamwork – be proactive, resourceful, and collaborative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate between residents/clients and staff.
