No on-call, weekends, or holidays.Generous Paid Time Off401(k)Comprehensive Health BenefitsMalpractice insurance providedLicense reimbursement and partial CEU supportPaid training and onboardingOngoing education and clinical support, including physician-level consult accessKey Responsibilities:Deliver person-centered care using evidence-based practicesCollaborate with interdisciplinary facility teamsConduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage follow-up careEducate patients, families, and staffComplete timely documentation (within 24 hours)Ensure compliance with state regulations in SNF settingsQualifications:Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Minimum 2 years of post-certification experienceExperience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU/SICU preferredProficient with EHRs and clinical technologyStrong communicator with a collaborative mindset#HP123 #J-18808-Ljbffr
