Financial Representative IV

Overseeing daily cash application processes, the full-time Financial Representative IV will analyze remittance details, research unapplied cash activities, and ensure accurate cash postings while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage daily cash receipts and report details to finance staff Collaborate with collection staff to identify and resolve unapplied cash activities Perform month-end closing activities and support internal and external audits Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience Experience in cash application or accounts receivable in a large business environment Proficiency in working within an ERP system Ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong organizational skills to meet firm deadlines and multitask effectively
