Resumen El Centro Regional de San Gabriel/Pomona (SG/PRC) está buscando un Coordinador de Servicios para proporcionar gestión de casos integral a individuos de 14 a 23 años con discapacidades del desarrollo y sus familias. El rol implica coordinar servicios, explicar los recursos disponibles, realizar reuniones y desarrollar planes de programa individualizados. Responsabilidades Desarrollar planes de servicio individualizados y cumplir con plazos de documentación estrictos. Coordinación de servicios, realizar reuniones en persona y facilitar la colaboración entre varias partes interesadas. Aplicar técnicas de intervención conductual. Planificar y programar el trabajo de forma independiente. Organizar documentación y gestión de casos. Utilizar habilidades informáticas, manejar múltiples tareas, priorizar asignaciones y proporcionar enfoque compasivo y culturalmente sensible al trabajar con poblaciones diversas. Calificaciones Título universitario en un campo relacionado. Experiencia trabajando con individuos con discapacidades del desarrollo. Fortaleza en habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
