Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Perform initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and treatment needs. \n
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals, incorporating diverse therapeutic modalities. \n
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy using evidence-based interventions tailored to client demographics and specific challenges. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, guiding clients through acute situations with empathy and immediate support. \n
- Track and analyze client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes and adhere to therapeutic goals. \n
- Maintain thorough and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accurate documentation of all client interactions. \n
- Engage in regular collaboration with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care delivery. \n
- Stay abreast of current best practices and trends in mental health treatment through ongoing professional development and training programs. \n
- Participate in supervision meetings and peer consultation to enhance clinical skills and provide quality assurance in client care. \n
- Uphold ethical guidelines established by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations in all aspects of practice. \n
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at the Franciscan Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship dynamics. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C. \n
- Demonstrable clinical assessment and diagnostic skills relevant to a variety of mental health conditions. \n
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, fundamental for effective therapy and collaboration with clients and teammates. \n

- A minimum of three years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting. \n
- Experience with a variety of therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) is highly desirable. \n
- Competence in teletherapy practices and familiarity with the technology used in remote mental health service delivery. \n
