The facility offers advanced trauma and surgical care with a dedicated trauma surgical unit and multidisciplinary patient management. Birmingham is about 60 miles northeast and typically a 1-hour drive. You must have an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Alabama or a compact state, at least 1 year of recent trauma or surgical unit experience, and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with Meditech electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong critical care skills are recommended.
