Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) and Appian low-code platform to drive digital transformation initiatives. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring efficient process automation, solution design, and delivery of scalable Appian applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Proficiency in Appian low-code platform.
- Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
- Ability to translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with Appian Process Modeler, SAIL interfaces, and integration objects.
- Knowledge of creating process maps, BPMN diagrams, workflows, and decision models.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and re-engineering.
- Work closely with Appian developers to design and deliver solutions.
