Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Ascend Mind Journey, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address diverse issues.

• Facilitating open communication among family members, assisting them in resolving conflicts, and improving interpersonal relationships.

• Creating tailored treatment plans based on initial assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring they meet the complex needs of clients.

• Utilizing digital platforms for teletherapy, as well as managing in-person appointments, fostering a comprehensive therapeutic approach.

• Documenting client progress through detailed notes and collaborating with our integrated healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.

• Staying current with industry best practices through continuous professional development and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will consist of a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing various challenges such as:

• Family conflicts and communication issues
\n
• Job-related stress and medical complications
\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals and families.
