RN Charge Nurse
Lead the Shift. Support the Team. Make a Difference.
Olivia Restorative Therapy and Nursing, a residential health care facility striving to provide the highest levels of quality care, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Charge Nurse to join our team.
As a RN Charge Nurse , you will be responsible for leading the nursing team, supporting nursing assistants and nurses, communicating with providers and families, and ensuring that residents receive safe and quality care. Your strong clinical judgment, steady leadership, and team-first attitude will make a significant impact on our facility.
You might be our person if you:
• Stay calm and confident when things get busy
• Enjoy leading and supporting a nursing team
• Communicate clearly and follow through
• Can make good clinical decisions and keep the shift moving
• Take pride in accountability, teamwork, and resident care
Requirements:
Current RN license required
Long-term care experience and previous charge nurse experience are preferred
