Working Supervisor – Fremont, OH Company: A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) Shift: Full-Time | 2nd Shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM) Pay: $21–$24 per hour Location: Fremont, OH Lead. A Quality Facility Services is hiring a motivated Working Supervisor to lead daily operations, support team members, and help maintain high-quality service standards. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise operations while also assisting with cleaning and daily site responsibilities when needed. What You’ll Do Lead and support daily operations at assigned sites Work alongside team members to ensure quality service delivery Train, coach, and motivate employees Perform quality inspections and follow up on corrections Assist with cleaning tasks as needed Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering Monitor labor hours and maintain efficiency Handle customer concerns professionally Conduct daily team huddles and communicate updates clearly Identify employees ready for advancement Help improve processes and overall team performance What We’re Looking For Reliable transportation and clean driving record Strong leadership and communication skills Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred Stable work history Experience managing labor hours and inventory is a plus Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer $21–$24 per hour based on experience 401(k) with company match Health insurance for eligible employees PTO, sick time, and paid holidays Paid training and uniforms provided Monthly incentives and referral bonuses Company events and team celebrations Advancement opportunities within a growing company Why AQFS?
