About the Position
At RealCraft, we build solid wood doors by hand, the kind of work that takes real skill and leaves you with something worth being proud of. Our woodworkers machine, assemble, and finish custom door components from start to crate, using quality joinery, careful material selection, and an eye for detail that shows in the final product. If you know your way around a woodshop and take satisfaction in doing things right, this is the kind of place you'll fit in.
Who We Are
RealCraft is a direct-to-consumer maker of premium solid wood doors and hardware in Gig Harbor, Washington. Every door is handcrafted on-site using traditional joinery and solid wood, for architects, designers, and homeowners across the US.
- Craft high-quality custom wood doors and wood products.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Assemble, sand, and prepare products for finishing.
- Ensure all work meets quality and craftsmanship standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of woodworking experience in a production, carpentry, or manufacturing setting.
- Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and standard woodshop equipment.
- Detail-oriented and consistent, reliable, on time, and easy to work with.
- High school diploma or GED.
What We Offer
- $23-$25/hour, Monday through Friday, consistent hours.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage, with RealCraft covering 80% of your medical premium.
- Simple IRA with 3% company match after six months.

Working Conditions
Full-time, on-site in Gig Harbor. The work is physical: you'll be on your feet, lifting up to 75 lbs, and doing the kinds of things woodworkers do.
