Job Summary:

The Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) provides specialized nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. They assess, plan, and implement patient care while maintaining high standards of safety and clinical accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret ECG tracings to detect abnormal patterns.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update patient care plans.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families about diagnosis, treatment options, and ongoing care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement appropriate life-saving interventions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active RN license in good standing.
  
  
• 
  Possess of at least 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing or a related specialty.
  
  
• 
  Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and EKG interpretation.
  
  
• 
  Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
