Family Nurse Practitioner

Physician-owned comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine and Urgent Care clinic in Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Provider (Family Nurse Practitioner) to join our growing team.

Position Overview

• Outpatient Family Medicine and Urgent Care only
• No OB, no inpatient responsibilities
• Care for patients across the lifespan (pediatrics through geriatrics)
• Opportunities for procedures and urgent care medicine
• Full-scope practice supported by onsite diagnostics and specialty services

Clinic Resources

• Onsite lab, X-ray, ultrasound, cardiac stress testing
• Multiple procedure rooms
• Fully integrated EMR (eClinicalWorks)
• Participation as a Patient-Centered Medical Home and Quality Initiatives
• Contracted with both commercial and government payors

Schedule

• Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
• Clinic closed Sundays and major holidays
• Guaranteed 1-hour lunch

Sample Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Tuesday: OFF
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Rotational Saturday shifts every 6 weeks (8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

*If scheduled on Saturday, the prior Monday is off*

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Colorado FNP license
• Active DEA
• BLS & ACLS certification
• Experience preferred
