The primary area of expertise is in wound, ostomy, and continence management. This role also serves as a consultant to the healthcare team in the area of expertise, ensuring optimal patient care and management./ppThe Clinical Nurse - Wound Ostomy specializes in managing complex wound, ostomy, and continence cases, offering expert guidance and support to the care team. The role involves developing individualized care plans, providing education, and ensuring best practices in wound and ostomy care are implemented.
