Location: Columbus, Ohio

Schedule: Day/Evening rotating schedule with a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week. Flexible shift combinations including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts (e.g., 4x10s, 5x8s, or 2x8s + 2x12s). Monday through Friday with shift options between 6:30 AM and 8:30 PM. Call and weekend coverage as needed based on unit requirements.

• Utilize EPIC charting system to maintain accurate and efficient patient records
• Flexible scheduling options with various shift combinations to meet work-life balance needs
• Opportunities for both circulating and scrubbing roles in a high-acuity surgical environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Current RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at time of application)
• BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in neuro, thoracic, ENT, orthopedic, general, plastics, urology, GYN, robotics, and oncology procedures preferred (rated 3-4 skill level)
• Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership position)
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Ability to complete Ohio fingerprinting process urgently upon contract signing
