Senior Deskside & Endpoint Services Lead

Peraton is seeking an experienced Client Services Team Lead to own end-to-end deskside support and endpoint management for the primary customer’s ~8,800 endpoints, 6,485 cellular lines, and 1,032 printers across locations in Northern Virginia. You will lead the Client Services team, manage the walk-up kiosk, oversee VDI administration, and ensure monthly MACD throughput within defined SLAs.
