You will be based in Rochester, WA. You will start your day at 6:00 am and end at 2:30 pm based on production needs.

Your main tasks:

• Responsible for monitoring merchandise received and shipped from the facility, i.e., shortages as well as overages.
• Create shipping/receiving documents; to include Pick Lists, Load Sheets, BOLs, and Packing Slips.
• Responsible for logging in system inbound and outbound discrepancies, such as wrong product, incorrect quantity, and damages.
• Prepare routine reports and file shipping receiving documents.
• Effectively communicate with Front Office clerk when needing to order office supplies.
• Limits access to receiving/loading dock by unauthorized individuals.
• Work in tandem with various departments and maintain a flexible attitude supporting all the work that helps achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years' experience of Shipping/Receiving Office Clerk responsibilities
• Understanding of SAP
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP, Warehouse management systems, SAP, etc.

Physical Demands:

• Regularly sitting on a powered industrial truck.
• Lift up to 50 + pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, stand, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time.
• Having a good sense of balance and good eye-hand-foot coordination.
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, depending upon season.

The anticipated salary range/wage scale for candidates is $24.00 26.10 per hour. The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors including experience, skills, and education. Full-time employees are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, our company's 401k and deferred compensation plan, paid parental leave, 2 weeks of vacation, and 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
