We are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our new in-house commercial crew. If you have a strong background in commercial roof systems and are ready to run jobs, develop a team, and take ownership of quality and safety in the field, we want to hear from you. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a crew from the start and shape how we deliver our commercial projects.

Roofing Systems You'll Work With

•      TPO

•      Modified bitumen

•      Built-up roofing (BUR)

•      Single-ply systems

•      Metal and flashing details

•      Leak repair and preventive maintenance

Work Environments

•      Commercial and industrial properties

•      New installations, tear-offs, and re-roofs

•      Team-based fieldwork

Responsibilities

•      Lead and supervise a commercial roofing crew on day-to-day project execution

•      Read and interpret project specifications, scopes, and drawings

•      Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep projects on schedule and on budget

•      Ensure workmanship meets quality standards and manufacturer requirements

•      Train, mentor, and develop crew members, including helpers new to the trade

•      Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment to keep the job properly stocked

•      Communicate job status, needs, and issues to project management

•      Enforce all safety policies and procedures — every time, no exceptions

Qualifications

•      Proven commercial roofing experience, with hands-on knowledge across multiple commercial roof systems (TPO, modified bitumen, shingles, tile, metal, single-ply)

•      Prior foreman, lead, or crew supervision experience strongly preferred

•      Ability to read and understand project specs and scopes of work

•      Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct, train, and motivate a crew

•      Solid understanding of roofing materials, tools, and construction equipment

•      Working knowledge of jobsite safety requirements, including fall protection

•      Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job, including setting up and climbing ladders and working at heights on commercial structures

•      Valid driver's license

Compensation

•      $25 to $30 hour plus incentive bonus, based on experience

We spend a lot of time, money and effort in training to better serve our clients. We have a complete office staff, residential and commercial vendors, repair and service technicians, as well as subcontractors. We serve in central Arkansas and surrounding states, working on commercial and residential projects. Our base is located in a 20,000-square-foot warehouse/offices located in North Little Rock.
