The role does not involve floating to the hospital. The nurse will assist in managing patient care for individuals in cardiac rehab. Responsibilities include performing assessments, developing care plans, and providing patient education. Candidates must be proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Knowledge of cardiac conditions and management protocols is essential. The nurse will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapy and pharmacy. There are no weekend or holiday shifts required in this position. The weekly hours total 36, with flexible scheduling options available. A professional reference from a charge nurse or supervisor is required. Candidates must not have any felony convictions.
