Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

Buffalo, NY 14213

Pay: $26.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-Hour Lunch)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Buffalo, NY. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for maintaining the property, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring exceptional service for residents. EPA and/or HVAC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team in daily operations.
• Assign, monitor, and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Coordinate apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all property safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

✅ 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience required

✅ Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Maintenance experience preferred

✅ EPA Universal Certification and/or HVAC Certification preferred

✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general building maintenance

✅ Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills

✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors as needed
